I called for a price for a key, I was quoted $227.00 when I arrived there the price changed to $299.00 . Then they charged me $105.00 to program it. These guys are crooks. I work in a very similar industry if I did what these crooks did I would get fired so fast it's not funny. I guess that's why they have a 3 Star review. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL.
I buy everything from M and M! 8 cars so far and a Sportsman 850. Not like other dealerships that sell you a car and forget about You! Zeke has sold Me My Polaris and 3 vehicles. Zeke knows everything possible about the machines. Checks up to make sure everything is going good and any time I have a question or concern he helps Me out 100%! We even became Good Friends. I send all My Friends and Family to M and M and they all come back Happy. Absolutely Amazing people out there! I will continue to buy ATVs and Vehicles from there

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our car from MM Auto. Sharon our salesperson was kind and worked patiently with us. Did it take a long time? Yes, about 6 hours from the time we walked in, picked a car, and worked through the financing. But I have never bought a car from a dealer that didn't take a while so I expect this. In reading the reviews of others, it seems that their service department needs some attention and better management. However their sales and finance team are excellent.
Best experience I've had with any dealership. Honest and trustworthy and go above and beyond to make sure customers needs are met. Won't go anywhere else for my Polaris sales and service needs. I dealt mostly with Zeke and he is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in answering any of my questions and getting me whatever I need. I recommend Zeke and M&M to anyone interested, you won't be disappointed.
