The customer service, finance dept and managers are all awesome went way beyond to help us with everything and to stick to our budget. Our interest rates are awesome and the service fantastic. I became a customer just cause i got a flyer in the mail, we wanted to refinance our motorcycles and car so I did research on them and wow 5 stars! so I called and started the process the entire time they worked with us and our budget. They took extra steps when we wanted to buy another vehicle and trade the original one in. They took extra steps and hurried the process so we could get it at that time we had to change our budget. We were making $15,000 less per year now. We sold one motorcycle and got a vehicle that fit our new budget, during this difficult change US Alliance helped us during that tuff time and cause of them we have paid off a lot of our debt just cause they took the extra time and steps to see what they could do in our budget. We had good credit but our lifestyle had to change we adjusted and we are thriving all thanks to our credit union. Now this is a family credit union.
